House in a privileged place, 250 mts from the HISTORIC CENTER, quiet and flat. Enjoy the rustic and vintage charm of this spacious house. Aconchegante and very fresh, nor does it need air-conditioning - it is in the shade of trees. Sleeps up to 10 people. We accept your Pet!
The kitchen is equipped, it even has a wood stove.
We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, one reversible for bedroom. Balcony with hammock and barbecue, and in the garden a shower! We got two bikes, six-car garage.

At Casa Charma, guests wake up listening to birds, you can't believe you're just a block from Largo do Chef, but this is the charm! It is in a little street that has few houses and in a place that facilitates good walks on foot or by bike.
It's like you're in a place, but inside the city. The house is 250 meters from the HISTORIC CENTER, at Rua do Moinho, 26.
It is a super quiet place in the rustic style, very cozy and familiar. It has a beautiful backyard in the middle of a grove with barbecue and a shower.
It is very spacious and is divided into 1 kitchen that has a wood stove, equipped and connected with a dining room, 1 living room, 1 living room with a TV that is reversible for bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with electric showers, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 very large bed with 4 single beds and 1 double bed.
The house has a good street retreat and a very cozy balcony next to the garden. As the outdoor area is wide, there is the possibility of making a good fire pit to warm up from the cold winds that at night brings our Tiradentes. 
House is +- 350 meters from a good grocery and bakery too. And for those who like the waterfall , there is one with small falls and beautiful trail 1 km away.

We have 2 bicycles that we put at your disposal every day.
The house has a TV, barbecue, electric grill and dishwasher.
