180° unobstructed view, not overlooked: we're flying over Marseille!

The apartment is very quiet, right in the city center, 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Old Port and sea shuttles. Buses, metros, trams within 3 minutes.
Noailles is a lively, very popular and mostly pedestrian neighborhood: market, restaurants, food shops from here and elsewhere...

The space
There is an elevator but you will have to climb a first floor on foot. The apartment has 2 entrances: on the 4th floor, at the exit of the elevator (the bedrooms) and on the 5th floor (by the staircase), living room and terraces. There is of course an internal staircase.

On the 5th floor, living room, kitchen and toilet.

In the living room, there is a library, a wood-burning stove. An amp + 2 speakers with a jack plug to plug in your music.

The kitchen is very well equipped (no microwave, but a bean coffee machine), it opens onto a first 40 m² terrace where you can have your meals and take a nap in the shade of the arbors, facing Notre Dame de la Garde. An external staircase will take you to a second 40 m2 terrace where you can sunbathe and admire the view of the city.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the bedrooms:
- a first bedroom with a large 160 bed,
- a second with a 140 double bed + shower and sink.
These 2 bedrooms overlook the courtyard.
- a third bedroom (guest room) with 2 beds (a sofa and a bed). This room overlooks a less quiet shopping street.
Each bedroom has a very quiet ceiling fan.
- the master bathroom.
- a toilet.

An extra mattress is available, only for a child.
The apartment is very well ventilated, there are windows everywhere!

Note for allergy sufferers: we have a cat, who will not be there.

The internet has been down throughout the neighborhood for 3 months... No WiFi.
