Our newly renovated bathhouse is located down a lighted path to row 2 for our cabin guests to share.

The space
Just 1,500 feet from beach access, you can drive down to paddleboard, kayak, picnic, or fish along the shoreline. We’re only 1 mile from Lake Fork Marina and the iconic Blue Mesa Dam. Explore nearby trails like Dillon Pinnacles or hike Pine Creek into the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison down to Morrow Point—adventure starts right outside your door.

We are across the road from the largest body of water in Colorado, Blue Mesa Reservoir. We are 1 mile from the Lake fork Marina, 2 miles from the entrance to the steps where you can walk down into the canyon to the Morrow Point Boat ramp at the bottom of the damn. We are 40 minutes from the official entrance of Black Canyon of Gunnison.
