This extremely spacious home has stunning old world charm finishes combined with a huge modern kitchen & 5 bedrooms with 4 new full bathrooms. A tremendous amount of comfortable space for large gatherings plus provides work spaces and privacy for relaxation. A deck overlooking the city provides outdoor space to relax & wind down your day. A breakfast nook for 8 plus 8 more center island seating provides your friends and family a central place to gather & enjoy each other's company.

The space
Enjoy 2 levels of living in this spacious, clean, well maintained split level home. Conveniently located across from UMass Memorial Medical Center, Belmont St Community Center & Venerini Academy. Private entrances. Extra large bright bedrooms, five of which have it's own private bathroom. Yes 4 Master Bedroom, Bathroom Suites! Near Worcester State & Becker College, WPI, Assumption & Clark University, Mass College of Pharmacy, College of Holy Cross & Entertainment.

We've provided for laptop-friendly simple work spaces by providing tables and desks with room for your laptop, easy access to an outlet, comfortable chairs and doors to close off for privacy in bedrooms / offices as needed.

Having multiple places to work in our space has been an appeal to guests who want a change of scenery.

We have a Smart TV in Living Room that runs on High Speed WiFi. We do not have traditional cable TV. Through our 53 inch Samsung smart TV. You can log into your own accounts and have access to Netflix, Sling, Hulu, VUDU, LG Channels, YouTube (utilizing your own accounts).

Kitchen:

We have a full-service kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a double wall oven and 5 countertop gas cooktop.

We have place settings for up to 14 people and basic eating and cooking utensils.

You will need to do your dishes manually as there is no dishwasher.

There is no washer and no dryer on premises.

We have central heating and window air conditioners (so if you don't like the noise of window air conditoners, please do not book and then not give us a 5 start review because of this).

This is an urban/inner city spot. If diversity and noise from neighbors is your vibe, this place is for you. If you prefer quiet, white picket fences, a perfectly manicured green lawn, and abbey-ish & Beverly Hills style home is your preference, this is not the place you should request to book. STOP NOW. We are near a Hospital which means if you are a light sleeper, you will not enjoy the occasional sirens from ambulances coming by; and should you book we would still appreciate a 5 star review despite the hustle and bustle of the area. We strive to provide 5 star accommodations but if being in working class neighborhood will prohibit you from giving us a 5 star rating because of the location described above, then you should look elsewhere.

If you want house cleaning services or laundry service during your stay, we can arrange with at least one weeks notice to have it done for you at an extra cost.

Checking Out Instructions:
1. If you would be kind enough, please strip the sheets, all beddings and all towels that you used and put them inside the shower stalls, that would be of great help to us.

2. Please check out no later than 10am.

Thanks for your assistance in insuring the next guests get all new and clean sheets, towels and leaving enough time for our cleaning crew to clean the unit for the next guests who check in at 3pm.

3. When you leave, please turn off all lights and push the lock button on the door and be sure the outside door has been properly locked.


Trash Pickup Day:
On Monday mornings, please consolidate all of your trash in one bag if possible, more when needed, and put them in the bins in the parking lot. The dumpster company comes really early on Monday-so if possible please put your trash out on Sunday evening.

If you are not staying in the unit on Sunday, then go ahead and put your trash in trash bags and put them inside the three trash bins that are against the fence in the parking lot.

Please keep in mind that there is a lower unit with guests or I will be staying there at the same time; but totally separate from this unit. The only shared part of the property is the parking lot.

This unit has 3 off street parking spaces. The lower unit has 2 off street parking spaces.

Parties are strictly not allowed at this unit. (See section "Other details to Note" about parties. This is also a strictly no smoking inside or outside property. And there are no pets allowed. Please be sure you comply by these rules before you book our home. Thank you.)

Do you have exclusive full access to the entire home’s first and second floor.

There is a separate space in lower level with other occupants at times but each of you have you own entrances and exits.

Other things to note
Parties are strictly not allowed at this unit. If you want to have a party, I will need to know all of the details BEFORE you confirm and pay for the space and there will be a minimum extra $1000 or more surcharge per party. I will have one of my employees work the entire time that the party is going on to keep an eye on the property and to help with the cleanup. But this is by exception only and needs to be preapproved and paid for IN ADVANCE OF YOU ARRIVING. I will also double the deposit amount requirement to allow sufficient financial resources to repair for any damage to the property.
