Our apartment is a few minutes from Rialto Bridge and Fondamenta Nove (alilaguna boat service from the airport), both of which are easily reachable by public boats or taxi boat. It consists of two levels with living room, two bedrooms, bathroom & shower, kitchen, a very romantic "altana" and books!

The space
This lovely apartment with its unique "altana" terrace is an independent and quiet house (dating from the 18th century), with private entrance. It is located at a few minutes of walk from Rialto Bridge (heart of the city) and from Fondamenta Nove, both of which are very easy to be reached from the airport with Alilaguna boat service or by taxi-boat. It has the privilege to be in the centre of the city in a very quiet and interesting area, without the usual bustle of tourists. Our apartment consists of two floors: The first floor includes the entrance, the living room, a big bedroom, the bathroom with shower, and the kitchen which is well equipped with new appliances: gas stove, a large refrigerator, a sitting table and a washing machine. On the second floor you will find a second bedroom, with a super comfortable double bed/sofa. It welcomes you into a delicious "altana" where it's possible to have a rest in a romantic atmosphere.The house offers an independent heating system for winter and internet line with a portable wi-fi router. You are welcome to use the kitchen freely
