Recently remodeled property, just steps to beach and best restaurants and bars in Pacific Beach. Designated parking spaces in the facilities and free street parking in the area. Our backyard is ideal for gatherings with your guests. It has bbq, and the area is perfect for enjoying meals together. In the bay area you could have water activities like boats, kayaks, etc.

Single level home with big yard, and located just one block from Garnet Ave and one block from Mission Blvd, two of the most important streets in Pacific Beach.

You can expect this listing to be clean but due to our close proximity to the beach you may find a permanent stain or minor breakage; we routinely replace items with cosmetic damage but not after every guest.
