Brand new on the rental market, this newly and beautifully decorated 2 bed 2 bath first floor unit is just steps away from the white powder sand of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This first-floor corner unit is conveniently located next to the pool and has a back lanai that allows easy access to the beach as well as beautiful sunset views. The unit is furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom can accommodate 3 guests with a twin over full bunk bed. There are also queen and twin size sleeper sofas in the spacious living area. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen will provide for an enjoyable and relaxing evening in. Equipped with beach chairs, towels, sand toys and umbrella for your convivence all you will have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Laundry is also available in the building. La siesta condominiums is just a short walk to the downtown area of Siesta Key where there are numerous restaurants bars and shops.
