Apartment Bellevue (100m2) is located on the first floor of our elegant Art Nouveau villa, built in 1913. The villa is located in an idyllic green setting at the foot of the Maurer Berg, off the road on a hill. The apartment faces south and east and offers a beautiful balcony overlooking the impressive, centuries-old trees of the approximately 5000m2 park as well as the picturesque Vienna Woods.

Hello, dear interested party! I'm Edit, a native of Budapest teacher, who has been happily married to Dieter, a real Viennese for almost 50 years. We have three children and eight grandchildren who keep us young and agile. For 33 years I have been running Pension Anzengruber, where I was able to welcome guests from the Iceland to the Fiji Islands, many of whom have become friends. I love and am interested in the people and with their life stories and stories I could fill a book. A shared life goal from my husband and I was to preserve some old of the posterity. We were able to realize this goal with the rescue of the "Old Villa", which should have been demolished.
