Great location right in Miramar Beach, just a block from the boardwalk (in a very safe and quiet complex). The beautiful kitchen with white oak cabinets is brand new and just renovated. Both bathrooms are also just updated with clean tiles and new fixtures. You will love the leather sectional in the living room making this the perfect place to rest and relax after a long day playing outside. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs!

The space
Very nice and clean condo in a great complex with grass area and pool to enjoy. Master has king bed (medium-firm mattress) and smart tv with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed (medium-firm mattress) and a platform with a twin bed.

Guest access
You will receive a unique code and have access to an electronic door lock on the front door. Parking is available immediately outside the unit.

Other things to note
Home Truths:
- Pool within the complex is not heated making swimming in winter and spring a little chilly, by late spring through early fall, it is usually nice. The pool is usually not too crowded.
- You will have access to a Private Beach Access at Hollywood Rd! This access is only a 0.3 mile (5 minute) walk from the condo and has much less crowds than the public access at Pompano Joe's!
- Our condo is very clean and has been maintained well but it is a bit dated. Think great location more than swanky condo.

Note: We require each booking to sign a lease you will receive an email from lemonadestandhomes with instructions once you book.Covered patio to enjoy the outdoors, with table and grill. Perfect spot for adults or kids to have some space.
