To really feel part of the city, the best thing is to settle in the heart of Barcelona: the Eixample.
The space
IMPORTANT INFORMATION : from October 27th until the end of January, improvement works will be carried out on the façade of the building where the apartment is located.
During this period, access to the balconies will be limited due to the presence of scaffolding, and there may be some occasional noise related to the renovation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.
Your apartment is comfortable, functional and has been designed to give you everything you need.
Inside the apartment you will find a very bright living room where you will feel at home. The living room has air-conditioning, a sofa bed and, best of all, a balcony, from which you can contemplate the day-to-day in Barcelona.
In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need in addition to a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine.
Also a double room with two single beds, cosy and practical, and a bathroom with shower.
One of the great things about being based in the Eixample neighborhood is that you can discover Barcelona’s most iconic sights on foot. The majestic Sagrada Familia (if you are planning on visiting it, remember to book your ticket in advance online), the elegant Passeig de Gràcia with its shops and the flagship buildings of Modernism, the central Plaça Catalunya right next to the world-famous Ramblas. And just around the corner, the youthful and lively Gràcia neighbourhood, a little secret in the form of pedestrian streets and charming squares that are home to everything: cinemas, restaurants, bars and craft shops.
Though everything’s within easy reach on foot, you can hop on a bus, tram or the metro and go further afield.
If you’re in a group, there are nine more apartments for you in the very same building.
In addition, the Lodging Apartments team is on the ground floor of this building, who have put a 24-hour telephone service at your disposal.
We’re ready to welcome you. And so is your apartment So, when are you coming?

Other things to note
What to do?
Enjoy the extra space!
Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautiful and vibrant, with plenty to enjoy outdoors and lots of experiences waiting for you in the city.
Don’t worry about shopping for groceries!
Every neighborhood in Barcelona has a market selling local produce (only open in the mornings) and well-stocked supermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Lidl and Bonpreu, which you’ll find just around the corner from your flat. So get out and grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by preparing 🍽 a delicious meal.
TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.
In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelona here.
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered vehicle in the Register of Authorisations.

House rules
Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that we kindly ask you to follow.
Please take the neighbours into consideration
We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquility. Any guests who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.
Keys and check-out
Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.
No smoking!
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.
Save energy
We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment.

Additional cleaning, bedding, etc. can be arranged for longer stays. Please request this when making your booking.
