The residence has four ensuite bedrooms featuring plush king sized beds and ensures that guests are able to enjoy peace & solitude after their days adventuring in the mountains. Located mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village, Black Bear Lodge is just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge making this the ideal unit for those that want your home away from home to have the best features, location, and amenities possible.

Immerse yourself in the mountain modern feel of this fantastic condo combo where you get the charm of a historic lodge with a plethora of luxury appliances and amenities! Newly installed flat screen tv's have been installed throughout the property with a 85 inch flat screen tv situated in the living area for the ultimate entertainment experience, all new furniture from Article, 7th Ave, West Elm, Pottery Barn, and Crate and Barrel. The living area also features a stunning custom designed white oak gas fireplace with a quartz hearth operated by a remote control, Sonos. The kitchen and dining area has been entirely updated to include a gourmet chef experience with Thermador appliances such as 48" refrigerator/freezer combo, drawer microwave, 36" plus induction range, sapphire dishwasher, and prep sink with instant hot. This property also features a combined full deck with the best views of Deer Valley and the surrounding mountainous terrain, a private balcony hot tub, open concept work-out loft space, as well as a wet bar area. Guests are also invited to enjoy Sonos throughout, hue lighting, remote control shades, an infrared sauna, steam shower, * a 500 square foot loft with a gym area that can be access by the custom built iron & oak staircase.

This Abode also features many of the essential amenities that make a stay in Park City all the more seamless such as a full mud room for ski gear, full laundry room with full size LG washer and dryer, central A/C and whole house humidifier.

The Black Bear Lodge is all about ease of convenience as it's not only a hop, skip, and a jump from the slopes of Deer Valley, but also on the Park City Transit route for easy access to Main Street and Park City Mountain. Winter & summer sports lovers alike will be thrilled by this location as you'll be just a quick walk away from Deer Valley Resort's Silver Lake Village (Deer Valley is restricted to skiers only in the winter) and a few short miles from Park City Mountain Resort. Make sure to visit the Utah Olympic Park (11 miles away) and try one of their many free activities that include the Alf Engen Ski Museum, Eccles Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games Museum, Discovery Zone obstacles course, and more!
