This duplex T3 (40m²) with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a terrace on the ground floor is located in a holiday residence with outdoor swimming pools one heated from April to September. The location is ideal for exploring the splendid region of the Lot valley, at the foot of Aubrac. Hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, green tourism, there is something for everyone. Nearby shops and parking. The ideal place for a successful vacation !!!

The space
This two-bedroom apartment is located in a vacation rental complex consisting of semi-detached houses. It is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, griddle, patio furniture, TV, and blinds.
One bedroom has a 140x200cm bed.
Another bedroom has two 80x200cm beds that can be pushed together to make a 160x200cm bed.
Please note that these two bedrooms are under the eaves. If you are very tall, you may have difficulty moving around in the bedroom.
In the living room, there is a sofa with one 80cm bed and the other 70cm². The two can also be pushed together to make a double bed.

The bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Linens are optional.

Games are available in the apartment so you can enjoy the residence's amenities: ping-pong rackets, badminton, soccer balls, and board games.
