The space
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, the master with built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace overlooking the communal pool and the small bedroom with window, two single beds overlooking the sea and if you need a travel cot for your baby or a high chair, do not hesitate to ask for it when you make your reservation and we will confirm availability. Bathroom with shower and large mirror. On the first floor there is a modern equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The living room with a comfortable sofa, with SMART TV with fiber Wi-Fi and the balcony with spectacular views of the cliffs of Los Gigantes. On the rooftop is the private terrace/solarium of more than 40m2 from where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with 360º views.
The condo is quiet and well maintained with beautiful flower gardens and heated pool with showers, located in a unique setting.

A very quiet area just 5 minutes from the beach of the Arena with all services available, supermarkets, pharmacy shops and restaurants of all kinds. Easy free parking in the small plaza in front of the entrance to the complex.
