The space
We have been hosting and being a repeat Airbnb SuperHost since 2012.
You are choosing a very unique home ...when you stay with us as a guest, you will be living in a Mid-Century Modern (1960's) home that has been updated, it's an awesome home built by Joseph Eichler. This is a four bedroom, 2 bathroom home, it has several areas inside and around the home available for you to spend time in.
Your bedroom has a very comfortable QUEEN sized mattress and bed frame, pillows and nice sheets, blankets, there is also your own desk & chair.
The newly remodeled bathroom is shared and has a tub/shower, the great news is there is a "tankless" water heater which supplies unlimited hot water, so no one needs to stress about being the last one in the shower or bath, you will have hot water !
We have very Hi-Speed (600+mbs) internet, motion activated lighting around the house, we have a key coded Front door and each of the bedrooms has digital access via your thumbprint or number code. We live in a very safe neighborhood, indoor atrium to park your bicycle.
We o have and share five citrus trees on the property, Outside in the neighborhood we lots of birds and squirrels for your auditory and visual delight.
We have a few extra motorcycles around the house, because I ride and work on them. We live in a quaint and very friendly and safe neighborhood called Willow Glen. We are only a few miles from an even smaller town called Campbell.
We are 1.3 miles from EBay, 2.5 from Xilinx, 3 miles from Good Samaritan Hospital, Kaiser-Santa Clara is about 6.2 miles, Adobe Systems San Jose is 3.9 miles, San Jose State University is 4.4miles, and we have easy access to all freeways.
The town Los Gatos is only 8 miles away,
-Santa Clara is 5 miles, -Santa Cruz Beach is only 25 miles,
-Palo Alto is 22 miles,
-San Francisco is 48 miles, -Los Angeles is 310 miles, so we are conveniently close to everything.
We are within eight (8) minutes each of the three (3) different 24-Hour Fitness locations and minutes away from ALL the main highways ....
-Highway 17,
-Highway 85,
-Highway 87,
-Highway 280,
-Highway 101.
There is also public transportation just three (3) blocks away.
Parking is super easy and never an issue directly in front of the house on the street.
You will have full use of the very modern and well apportioned kitchen, the family room with Bose sound system, and you will have full use of our laundry room to wash & dry your clothes.
We have a great little coffee station in the kitchen....or you can walk/drive to a Starbucks about 8 blocks away. There are Plenty of local restaurants or grocery stores within minutes drive of the house.
The house has a very good vibe, we will occasionally burn incense, and will occasionally play many music on Spotify on the Bose Lifestyle sound system. We are fully Hi-Speed WiFi networked with repeaters for max coverage so you can surf, listen, stream video with no problem with the Turbo Speed (660+mbs) with the internet that we have.
We do have two (2) centrally located 50" Plasma TV’s (living room & kitchen) for when you really need the big TV ! Quiet times start around 9:00pm to be mindful of the other guests!
Basic things like toilet paper, towels, bed sheets, laundry detergent / softener, dishwasher soap, and cleaning supplies, utilities are all included in the guest price!
I don't want to over sell the space, so I'll leave it at that! Questions are welcomed.
All the Common Areas, living room, dining room, Atrium, Family room, are for your use.
I am a fairly interactive host, I do enjoy discovering about who you are, what you may know more about and can teach me, and talking about the world, music, food, travel, people, animals and culture.
Yes there is the VTA (Valley Transit Authority) that runs the buses and light rail here in Silicon Valley. I also have access to a car for rent if you need one for the time you are staying with us.
We do have a desire to have a friendly home experience for everyone staying here.

All the Common Areas inside the house, The Kitchen, the living room, the dining room, The Atrium, The Family room, front of the house. The back yard is kind of private and belongs to the Studio resident!
Other things to note
We are operating as a Smoke Free environment, we really don’t have an issue with vaping outside if that is your go to. Combustion cigarettes are simply just not okay.
We also ask that you please don’t choose us if you have an alcohol issue. (Unfortunately, sharing from experience…
There are no pets on the property at this time and we are not currently supporting guests with pets.
