Guest access
You will probably arrive by Raposo Tavares Highway – access to Av. St. Camillus in the clover of Km 22,8.
The two nearest metro stations are Butantã and Morumbi (yellow line), which are at the height of Km 12 da Raposo, so it is best to come by car, taxi or Uber.
In front of the building, there is an inter-municipal bus line.
And there are plenty of transport options by apps that serve the region.
Upon arrival at the New Studio, stop at one of the visitor spaces at the front of the building, identify yourself at the entrance, which will already be in possession of the information previously provided to us (name(s), RG, CPF, cell phone of all guests (and vehicle data, model, color and license plate if using the garage). Soon after identification, everyone's biometrics will be registered to have access to the gym areas, swimming pool and entrance gates.
In the garage, they can park in any parking space that is not marked as private and does not lock another vehicle.
To access the Studio, you will be provided with a password to pick up the key that is inside the piggy bank at the apartment door.
All guests will be able to freely use the pool, fitness center and Laundry (pay-per-use through Omo app)!!!!
The common areas of the building, the gym and swimming pool are fully cleared for use by guests.
