The unit can comfortably accommodate 4-6 persons, but allowed up to 8 guests. Unit comes with guaranteed free parking (1 slot). Self check-in enabled.

Note: Swimming pool fee of 250/session to be paid separately; Also pools are closed on Tuesdays for maintenance except holidays.

The space
My place is a remodeled 2 bedroom corner suite unit in Azure Urban Resorts Residences, a beach-resort style development in Paranaque, Metro Manila.

At 65 square meters (i.e., 700 square feet), it is allowed by Azure’s Property Management to accommodate up to max 8 persons. This unit comes with parking slot (free of charge).

The unit is furnished with the following:
- Master's bedroom with queen-size bed;
- 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed;
- Living room with sofa bed (double size bed)
- Extra folding beds with foam mattress (up to 2, provided on request)
- 55" LED HD Smart TV on living room, 42" LED HD Smart TV in master's bedroom and 36” LED HD Smart on 2nd bedroom (all Netflix enabled)
- PS4 provided
- Board games available
- high speed DSL internet (wifi enabled);
- spacious kitchen area with dining counter top & chairs;
- low noise split type air-conditioning conditioning in both bedrooms & window-type air-conditioning in living room
- balcony facing amenities of Azure;
- 30 cu. ft. digital inverter refrigerator/ freezer (with child safe lock);

- basic utensils/pots/etc provided for use;

Guests will be able to access Azure's amazing resort-style amenities master-planned by Broadway Malyan which include:
- Man-made beach
- 60m wave-pool with water fall
- Pool-side bar
- Beach volleyball area
- Basketball court
- Open park
- Zen garden
- Paris Beach Club (the clubhouse at the center of the property designed by Paris Hilton which houses the gym, function room, spa, game room, movie room, children's play area, etc. Note: gym, game room and movie room is for exclusive use of unit owners and long time residents/renters only).

Unit comes with up to 8 persons use of Azure's beach and wave pool. Each person is charged 250 pesos each by Azure’s Property Management (not included in booking fee).

Wave-pool/beach will be closed for maintenance on Tuesdays.

Unit comes with parking slot free of charge.

Other things to note
* Please declare correct number of guests (including kids) when booking to avail of exact number of free passes for use of amenities. Also toiletries, towels, etc will be prepared limited to the number of guests in the booking.
* Unit is cleaned and bed sheets/towels changed for each check in. For stay of 1 week and above, cleaning including change of bed sheets and towels will be done twice a week. You can schedule preferred dates for cleaning/changing of sheets. Additional cleaning may be requested, subject to extra fees (Php 500 for each cleaning)
* Yes, you can cook & bring your own food in the unit; Utensils, cooking wares, plates, etc are provided for your use. No extra charges on power use.
* This unit comes with one free parking.
