Very cosy appartement with a private terrace in the very center of Paris, on the RER B line to both airport.
Perfect for 3 persons (a bit small for 4 if you want to take baths and eat at home... you then to move the table).
Very small price because there is a beautiful cat to take care of...
I had to cancel reservation in 2016 because I had a water damage to solve.
I am sorry, dogs and cats are not welcomed, I am afraid my cat will suffer from it.

The space
The children's room has 2 bunk beds and a 3rd "guest" bed. The living room sofa bed is very comfortable and is very easy to install and store. The toilet is separate and the bathroom has a bathtub.
Finally, and this is rare in Paris, it is very pleasant to be able to relax quietly on the terrace before or after a cultural outing.
On the other hand, it is forbidden by the condominium to leave things outside and to make noise on the terrace.
I'm sorry, I can't accommodate dogs or cats. My cat Misty would not be happy about it.

I live in this very nice apartment in a great Parisian neighborhood, 3 minutes from Jardin du Luxembourg and 10 minutes' walk from the Sorbonne, with my two 12-year-old and 14-year-old sons that I have on-call alternative. The apartment is very central. If you love walking, you will not need to take public transport. We also have a cat, who stays at home all the time, which must be taken care of, and plants to water if it is very hot.
