A stone’s throw away from the beach, this 4 bedroom holiday house is a delight. Tastefully presented with a modern interior, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, fast WiFi and a large outside deck. A separate bedroom with en-suite is ideal for a second couple.
A half basketball court set amongst a large native garden perfect for family fun.
Surrounded by destination restaurants, wineries and the magnificent peninsula coastline.

The space
The main living area has a master bedroom and second room has two bunks/ 4 beds. A third bedroom with en-suite is separated from the main living/ sleeping area of house. It has it’s own outside entrance, as well as access to the common living room. With TV and DVD player, it is perfect for another couple to stay.

A large, covered deck looks out upon an expansive, beautiful, native garden. Be entertained by the extraordinary bird life, the call of the Kookaburras, and don’t be surprised to hear, and often see Koalas. An outdoor, multi purpose, half basketball court and sport area is surrounded by native gums and provides the perfect setting to shoot some hoops or play Finska / Bocce.

There is an additional $80 pet fee. No more than one dog is allowed.The backyard is fenced and dog secure.

Merricks is a beautiful, hidden treasure. Unknown to most, loved by all who experience her charms. Unchanged from the 60’s: dirt roads, no shops, quiet beach- heaven. Home to Koalas, Kookaburras and teaming with birdlife. Close to Point Leo surf beach and Balnarring with supermarket and a wide range of essential shops and eateries. Surrounded by superb wineries and high end restaurants. Truly, a beautiful place to spend some time.
