Very convenient for long-term and short-term stays!
You have the ENTIRE home, including a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. All utilities are included! Onsite private free parking is available in the gated garage.

We are in a central location and close to many places like San Jose's downtown top attractions, hospitals, major highways, colleges, universities, high-tech companies, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, etc... San Jose Mineta International Airport, San Jose McEnery Convention Center, SJSU, SAP Center, Santana Row, and more... Many cultural restaurants include Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian...

PARKING
You will have a free private parking spot at the gated garage in the building. Also, there is free street parking for additional vehicles as needed.
Currently, the building doesn't have an EV charger.
BEDROOM
It has a king-size bed with fresh linen, 4 pillows, a blanket, a walk-in closet with hangers, nightstands, and a ceiling fan.
BATHROOM
The full bathroom has a bathtub and includes shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, extra toilet paper, bath towels, and hand towels.
LIVING ROOM & TV
3-seated couch and an accent chair
50” Smart TV (you need to use your logins for Netflix, HBO, Youtube, etc..)
KITCHEN
The full kitchen includes a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets as a starter kit, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, electric stove, pots/pans, plates, bowls, cutlery set along with knives, dishwashing soap, sponge, and two garbage bags as a starter kit.
LAUNDRY
The unit contains both high-quality washers and dryers. The washer comes with an initial supply of laundry pods.
SECURITY
For your security,

There are 40+ building cameras (watches building hallways, garage, lobby, mailroom, etc..) in the building, all located OUTSIDE the units/apartments.
Guest access
The guest has access to the ENTIRE apartment.
Parking is on the ground floor and you will have a reserved parking spot dedicated to you during your stay. So, please carefully check our check-in instructions and park your assigned spot only.
Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT / LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Regular check-in time is at/after 3 pm and check-out is before/at 11 am.
Since we have new check-ins and check-outs every day, the cleaning team has a tight schedule. Early check-in and late check-out depend on our cleaning team's schedule. So, please reach out to us at least a day before your check-in day or check-out day if you need to. We cannot guarantee these requests but will do our best to accommodate them.
Early check-in fees:
2-3 pm: $20
1-2 pm: $40
If you need to check in before 1 pm, you can contact us.
Late check-out fees:
11 - 12 pm: $25
Checking out after 12 pm is not available.
Unfortunately dropping luggage before check-in or after check-out is not available. There are some locations in San Jose downtown where you can drop your luggage off for a very min cost, and hang out downtown before/after your stay.
