Location, location, location! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located directly on the beach in Orange Beach, AL. Enjoy the waves, the sugar sand beach or take a walk along the shore. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass from the balcony. Phoenix VI boasts an exercise room, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and racquetball. Take in the sunset on the balcony or venture out to the many dining and shopping options Orange Beach has to offer!

The space
This condo has just been updated with a coastal vibe. All beds are comfortable with a TV in each bedroom. This unit is 1064 square feet and has lots of available space to move about. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, Master Bedroom and Den. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot for you convenience. There is also a washer/dryer stackable, ironing board and iron.

This property requires a parking pass for a fee around $55.00 and is to be purchased on a link sent to you before arrival. You may purchase up to 2 parking passes. Entry to the unit is via a keyless lock that will be unique to your stay- no keeping track of keys necessary.

Should you want access to the racquetball court, sauna, or exercise room, the front desk will provide you a key after you show proper ID.

Neighborhood highlights

This area of Orange Beach is a gem. Views of the jetties make it enjoyable to watch the boats come in and out. Look closely and you may see the porpoises who like to follow the boats. Also, the Blue Angels sometimes do a flyover on Sundays around 5:30 pm. Be on the lookout.

Orange Beach boasts many casual and fine dining restaurants. You can catch live music at the Florabama and other local places. If you like being out on the water, there are numerous outlets to rent wave runners, paddle boards, sailing or deep sea fishing charters.

When you want to get the little ones out of the sun, there are many options including amusement parks, miniature golf, movie theaters, or marinas to view the large boats.

I live in Louisiana close enough to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of Gulf Coast to visit them myself frequently. Having stayed in these condos over the years, this location gives you a wonderful mix of sun, sand, water, and nightlife. I’ve enjoyed making Beachview 217, Phoenix VI#810, and my newest Phoenix East 1505, clean, visually appealing, and comfortable for your visit.
