Quiet neighborhood in the south Atlanta area. This housing option has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay whether you are relocating to find a new residence or traveling for work in Georgia. It is within close driving/biking distance to activities and stores including a shopping center, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are located just a 30 mins from the airport, 20 mins from Trilith/Pinewood Studios, Atlanta Motor Speedway and less than 15 mins from Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

The space
Cozy unit in very quiet and pristine neighborhood. Jogger and walker friendly. Private entrance with ample parking. You have your own living room, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dedicated bathroom (with shower), and private bedroom. The unit has two televisions with cable and WiFi.

Entire basement suite and access to yard space near suite entrance.

Other things to note
The property has a standby generator for continuous power in the event of an outage. My family and I live on the main floor. However, we are pretty quiet and operate on business hours. We also ask for the names of all adults staying with us and for ID verification through the Airbnb app prior to checkin or in person at time of checkin.

We happily offer complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi with your stay. This is a shared WiFi service. Interruptions in WiFi availability due to power outages or provider outages are unavoidable. There are no refunds for WiFi or power interruptions. In those instances we will always work as quickly as possible with our service provider to get services restored. Thanks for your understanding.

Neighborhood highlights

Our house in street with a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood in the south side of Fayetteville so there is minimal traffic. Pinewood (Trilith) studios is a short drive away. There’s also an amusement park called Fun Spot close by. In addition, close access to grocery stores (Publix, Kroger, Walmart), fast food and shopping.
