* LONG TERM BOOKING: If you want to stay long-term in our apartment, could you send us a message we can deal with . We will discount you a suitable price and you can see the apartment before you book. Does long-term rent include free management and water but it doesn’t include electricity
* CLEANING SERVICE is provided upon request. It is USD 10/time. If you need cleaning please let us know we will be provided it quickly.
