AC Usage Guidelines:
1. Do not set the AC unit below 68°F to avoid the risk of it freezing over.
2. Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over.
3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues.
Important Notes:
- We have a minimum age requirement of 30 to book the property.
- Dog Friendly: Pre-approval necessary for one dog with a one-time non-refundable fee.
- Strict no-party policy enforced, with a $1,000 fine for violations. West Palm Beach enforces a no-noise policy from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Long-term renters welcome.
-The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Please note, however, that a fee of $50 per night applies for each guest after the 8th.
