The space
Welcome to Villa Tres Tierras, a cozy and stylish escape in the Playa Cerritos neighborhood. This 0.9-acre complex is made up of two homes, a 2-story Villa and a 1-story contemporary house, separated by a pool and a two-story socializing area for ultimate privacy.
Get ready to fire up the BBQ pit and cook your favorite meals in the socializing area, or kick back and catch some sunset views from the second floor swing chairs. Although you might occasionally hear cars from the highway, you won't hear a peep once you're inside - the thick glass windows and solid block wall construction ensure a peaceful sleep.
The Villa is fully equipped with new appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, and blender. Plus, there's private parking for your car and a secure entrance.
Take a dip in the 25ft long and 14ft wide pool, lit up for evening swims, and stay connected with the fast and reliable Hi Speed Starlink Internet, with access points in every room and living area.
Villa Tres Tierras is just a quick 5-minute drive to the best surf spot in Baja, though it's a bit of a hike with a surfboard - about a mile away. But if you're just looking for the beach, it's just a 10-15 minute walk. Rent some chairs and umbrellas near the surf spot for a day of lounging on the sand (till 6pm or earlier in winter).
This place is the perfect mix of modern style and breathtaking views, with a relaxed and laid-back Baja California Sur vibe.
Guest access
The Villa offers guests two private bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as access to a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a beautiful front porch that is perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing.
In addition to the Villa, guests can also make use of the 2-deck social area which is separate from the Villa and comes complete with a barbeque grill. The on-site pool is a great place to cool off and soak up the sun, although it is important to note that the pool is not heated and temperatures can drop to chilly levels between December and March (55F to high 60'sF).
For those seeking a cozy outdoor experience, the Villa offers two gas fire pits which are available for guests to use. One of the fire pits is located at the Villa and the other one is on the second floor of the commune area. The large round fire pit belongs to the main house and is not available for guest use.
The Villa sits on 1-acre of fenced land, offering guests ample space to explore and enjoy the stunning views of the ocean!
Please take the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that we have at the Villa. These are for you to enjoy while you stay with us! Try our new weight training gym! its located in the 2nd floor of the social area.
note: we live in the main house, the pool and common areas are shared with us the owners, but we will be mindful on when guests use it so that we can provide as much privacy as possible. During the last 2 weeks in December and the first week in January we do rent our main house, so all common areas will be shared with guests staying at the main house. It's a great time to socialize and share stories!

Other things to note
Cerritos, Pescadero and adjacent areas are still very small towns, as such, infrastructure is still developing, dirt roads are common to travel from one place to another and ATM’s are scarce, so plan ahead.
Tres Tierras is in the only paved road in Cerritos, all other roads leading to restaurants and beach are dirt/gravel roads
The highway from the airport to Cerritos is a toll road so be prepared, as of this posting the toll fee is $111 pesos but it could change so have at least 150 pesos in cash available just in case.
Pool cleaners will come once per week for approximately 20-30 minutes. Our gardener will be on site all week from 8am to 3pm but you will hardly see him.
