The space
Modernly furnished apartment with 3 rooms, consisting of two bedrooms and a living room incl. equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, cooking facilities), dining area (up to 6 people) and pull-out sofa bed, shower/toilet, hairdryer, sat/TV, TV, WiFi, room safe and regular underfloor heating.


Our house is quiet and conveniently located directly on the A92 and B299. Our apartments/rooms offer an upscale standard on about 18 to 30 square meters. All rooms offer you a bathroom with hairdryer, shower and toilet, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. A coffee and beverage vending machine is always available for you. You have the opportunity to prepare your own meals, shopping, some 24 hours a day, can be found very close. Washing machine and dryer is available for use. A rich breakfast buffet can also be booked. Parking facilities for CARS and trucks (partly under the roof) are just in front of the house.
