Perfect Sunsets, Condo 927 is located on the 9th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 registration fee on-site for 1 parking pass and 6 RFID armbands
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 11 inches.
Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, 'Perfect Sunsets" is a fully updated and beautifully decorated 1 bedroom + Bunk, 2 bath condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Walking in, the first thing you see is the amazing view. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the big & small appliances you could need. The open concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow for tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and its own view of the Gulf. Your ensuite bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo. Perfect for the kids! There is also free Wifi and a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.
2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Guest access includes full condo with keypad entry. The Resort charges an on-site $75 registration fee for 1 parking passes and up to 6 RFID armbands for access to the outdoor pool & hot tub, indoor pool & hot tub, fitness facility, outdoor grills & picnic area, 2 poolside tiki bars, coffee shop, and of course beach access and lots of beach activities!
