LOCATION:
The villa is located in Umalas residential area that is in between Canggu and Seminyak areas. Specifically, it is 15 minutes away from both Canggu and Seminyak. Our favourite picks include: Warung Dua, Bucu, Nook, La Casetta for authentic Italian pizza and pasta, Dedar Bali and Monsieur Spoon for some Parisienne croissants – just to name a few

THE COMMON AREAS:
• As you enter the villa, you will find an imposing indoor living room and a 12pax dining area with stereo equipment and amplifier and with a breathtaking view of the 25m pool and tropical garden
• There is an ultra-modern fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and two more chill cabinets perfect for storing wine. The kitchen also has a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine and all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home
• Just step outside to find a 2nd outdoor chilling space and another 12pax dining area next to the bbq pavilion
• The villa also features a powder room next to the home cinema room

THE BEDROOM SUITES:
• Set around the swimming pool, there are 4 separate bungalows with king size beds and en-suite luxury bathrooms
• The two master bedrooms feature each: an ultra large king size bed (200*200cm), private living room area, office space as well as walk in closet
• And we left the best for last: each en-suite bathroom takes luxury to the next level with 2 sinks, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor showers and the best part? A PLUNGE POOL! So multiply this by two
• The other two bedroom suites do not lag behind in luxury and all include king size beds (200*180cm), private living rooms, office spaces, walk in closets and en-suite luxury bathrooms

Favourite picks of cafés & restaurants in Umalas include:

• Warung Dua: favourite among expats and with a relaxed vibe, Warung Dua offers coffee, fresh juices and yummy Indonesian food. It is a great pit stop in Umalas if you are looking for quick, tasty and cheap food and would be a great introduction to the famous ‘Indonesian Warungs’.
• Habitual: A small exclusive café with some one-of-a-kind burgers that is only open for breakfast and lunch. With a world class American chef and a contemporary chic décor, this place is dressed in dark colours to create an ambiance! The café also offers pasta, soups and salads and some yummy desserts.
• Bucu: must-go for a family as it has an interesting playground downstairs (including an inflatable water castle when the sun is out). The playground is half inside and half outside so it is also convenient during the rainy season. As well as that, the food, coffee and atmosphere are great!
• Nook: With its unbeatable rice field views, this open spaced place serves Balinese specialties in addition to Western favourites at very reasonable prices. The heavenly juices, huge smoothies and seafood kebab or fresh oysters on a Sunday are real crowd pleasers.
• Monsieur Spoon: An oh-la-la French bakery perfect for a ‘petit dejeuner’. Definitely the best croissants on the island but not only limited to that. Do also try the breakfast, lunch and dinner options and you will not be disappointed!
• La Casetta: For pizza lovers, this is your place. Pizzas don’t come better than this, the pasta is to die for and don’t even get me started with the pannacotta or ‘Sorbetto al Limone’ for dessert. It is one of our favourite Italian restaurants for a very good reason!
