If you plan to receive visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance. All visitors must be registered with the community security team before they can enter. Visitor access requests can be processed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

This lovely residence is located right in the center of the world famous Cocotal Golf Club with great views. Where else can you combine a vacation with a golfing or a lesson?

In addition, the residential complex has a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you decide to take a break from your workouts, you can bask in the sun on the beautiful white sand beach of Bavaro near the residence (5 minutes drive). Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkelling, dine in good company at international restaurants or sip a refreshing drink in one of the many bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.

If someone is just looking for the cheapest options, we don't do this. There is a lot of different places with mediocre services, dirty apartments and lack of security. We don’t do this. But, again, if you care about: 1. The best beach and front line. 2. Great service. 3. Security 24/7 4. And clean lovely apartments, then come, stay with us. Thus, you can have the best emotions, have peace of mind and truly enjoy your stay.
