The space
In 2018 Pinkmead Estate opened its gates to the public, until then it had been a private family summer residence for three generations. Pinkmead Estate is a dream for the idle traveller and if heels and tiaras are your idea of a getaway then this isn’t the place for you, think Tom Sawyer meets Kit Kemp. The estate is all about the outdoors and utter seclusion and there are many areas that you can retreat to whilst on the estate. Whether it be watching your own private screening of your favourite film on the side of the house, unwinding in the poetry hut by the lakes and watching the swans nest, relaxing in the the barrel sauna after a full days activities, meditating in the yoga studio, exploring the boathouse or our favourite new space drinking copious amounts of wine in the vineyard, there are too many areas to note. The Interiors are designed to make you feel like you are in a cabin but with all the space and mod cons of home, we even have our own estate gin which is perfect for those autumnal nights by the wood burner. This is by any account a holiday home for all seasons.

Quite probably one of the prettiest views on the island. An open space with Kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a sofa bed. The bathroom is spectacular and has a rolltop bath with a very special view of the water
Yoga Studio
A space for reflection or a cinema room with your very own projector, this space can be anything. With a day bed that converts to a bed should you need extra accommodation
Boat House
A freshly renovated boathouse is our latest exciting project. A perfect space to just relax and have fun in with your guests. The space is perfect for unique pop up/dining experiences with one of the rarest viewpoints on the island

24 acres of private water frontage that has been designated a SSSI, due to the rare flora and fauna that call Pinkmead Estate home.
Vineyard tours and bee keeping classes can be offered as a guest activity.
A private jetty (access is tide dependent) so please enquire or check tide times
A boat house with Kayaks and dinghy for use during your stay
