1. No Parties or Loud Music After 9 PM: Guests are expected to respect quiet hours. Special events, gatherings, or photo shoots must be discussed with the host to determine adjusted rates and policies .

2. Any increase in the proposed amount of occupants must be communicated with the host and may result in an increase in the booking amount. We reserve the right to expel a party if this is not communicated properly to us.

3. You must adhere to Airbnb booking guidelines with a proper form of ID.

4. Cleaning Responsibility: Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition to avoid extra cleaning fees.

5. If you are planning any events, gathering, film or photo shoots, please inquire with us for adjusted rates and policies. Families and guests are allowed to take group pictures.

6. Smoking is prohibited by law as it is a high brushfire zone. No diving, no jumping and no running around the pool. No climbing up or down the waterfalls or rocks. Please follow "No Entry" signs.

7. Early or late check-in may not always be available and may come at an additional charge.

8. There is parking for up to 8-9 cars combined in the garage and driveway. Street parking is prohibited at all times to prevent traffic and disturbance of the neighborhood.

9. Exterior audio and video cameras are installed for security and safety purposes.

10. Limited Access Areas: Some parts of the property may have limited access, and guests are asked to respect "No Entry" signs.

11. Lost Items: Guests are responsible for their belongings, and the host is not responsible for lost items.

12. Please notify us via text or email if you notice any damage upon arrival to the property.

13. Violation of any house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund for security deposit and remaining rental days.
