The space
Set on one of the best stretches of South Lamar, The Hether Haus is moments from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the restaurants and music venues that define Austin — with downtown, Rainey Street, and South Congress just a short ride away.

THE SPACE: Three light-filled stories of warm hardwood and organic modern style — think live-edge wood, cognac leather, and natural textures against clean white walls.

LIVING & KITCHEN: Gather in a sunlit living room with deep leather sofas, a sleek concrete fireplace, a 75" smart TV, and a premium sound system. The chef's kitchen is anchored by a commercial-grade Wolf six-burner range with hibachi, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a generous island made for entertaining.

SLEEPING: The second-floor primary suite is the heart of the home — a low wood four-poster canopy bed dressed in elegant, hotel-quality linens sits beneath a soaring vaulted ceiling, with a wall of glass opening to a private balcony and treetop views. A king bed, plush layered bedding, and a private en-suite bath make it a true retreat. A second guest bedroom shares the floor, and the entire third story is a private suite with its own bath. Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths comfortably host up to six in total comfort.

OUTSIDE: A private, fully fenced backyard with a sparkling pool, sun loungers, a gas grill, and a covered patio — your own retreat after a day in the city.

Guest access
You'll have the entire home to yourself for your stay. The kitchen and pantry come stocked with the essentials, laundry is in-unit, and the pool, patio, and backyard are all yours to enjoy. Other things to note
The private pool is unheated and best enjoyed May through October. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that you respect quiet hours and our no-party policy. With three flights of stairs, the layout is wonderful for most guests but worth noting if anyone in your group has mobility needs. Free driveway and street parking available.

S Lamar has TONS of cool restaurants and bars. Scooter right down lamar to downtown, Zilker, and located parallel to s Congress. Everything is so close.

Italian Cucina(Matthew Mcconaughey’s fave too) only .4 miles away.

Loro: walk right down the street!
Brown’s BBQ food truck: yum and also down the street!
THAI
Super Thai cuisine: again, just walk down the street lol. Super yum
Thai fresh: .6 miles away that has the best Phad Thai.
SOUP/SANDWICHES
Soup peddler: 1 mile and has the best chicken tortilla soup and grilled cheese.
BRUNCH:
Snooze- only a block away so you can beat the line if you wake up early!
