It is a studio type apartment. No bed room. Just like a hotel room with bathroom, size is about 313 sq ft. A Queen size bed is on the platform and an extra bed is stored under the platform. The living room is good enough for 2 people to enjoy drinks/coffee while listening to Music and reading magazines.
10 minutes walk to Prince Edward MTR station. 15-20 minutes from Olympic station. From airport, take airport express and get off at Kowloon Station, then get a taxi. 5 minutes to a shopping mall.
It is a quiet neighborhood. In fact, the building is in industrial area, so it will be very busy in the day, but quiet at night. Not much eat/drink at nearby, but 10 minutes to Mongkok where you can get lots of entertainment there.
