I'm offering a place to sleep here in our guest room for overnight stays. The quiet location of the room makes it ideal for this purpose. The room is 13.25 m² in size, it is clean and has thick walls.
Since three of us currently live in the apartment and there is a boy who goes to 4th grade, absolute cleanliness and order in the hallway and bathroom should not be expected.
