The 2,786-square-meter estate inspires serene days and evenings in the delicious Mediterranean air. Savor a dip in the pool and sunbathe on elegant lounge chairs facing the vast horizon. Cook afternoon meals on the barbeque grill, and relish your feast in the canopied dining area. Open bottles of delicious Spanish wine at sunset, and linger outdoors as the stars emerge above the timeless sea.
A sliding glass wall joins the pool terrace with the cavernous living room, infusing the home with lovely air and light. This luminous space features double-height ceilings, sumptuous sofas, beautiful sea views, and even a stylish foosball table. Adjacent to this room you'll find the home office, also with inspiring light and views. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and serves an interior dining table for eight. The villa is air-conditioned and features heated floors and solar-heated water.
All six bedroom suites feature ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views, and five of the six rooms open to furnished outdoor living areas. The expansive master suite is located on the upper level, with a private balcony, walk-in closet, and deluxe bathroom with dual vanity, shower, and tub. The gym is also located on the upper level.
The villa has parking space for six cars, including a two-car garage. From your secluded perch in Vista Alegre, you're a short drive from the beaches at Es Cubells, Es Torrent, and Cala Jondal, and within easy reach of the international airport and the famed nightlife of Ibiza Town.
