Located just steps from the refreshing property swimming pool and the gorgeous white sand shores of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the private Tulum beachfront and walk to explore the great shops and restaurants nearby.

The space
This Zorba Villa enjoys an open living area on the main floor with a kitchen, comfortable seating area, and dining area for 8. Open the glass doors to hear the sounds of the sea, the water cascading into the pool, and the playful tropical birds that inhabit the property. Outdoor patio area for relaxing.

All three bedrooms are on upper levels with lush greenery and pool views. Air conditioning throughout the Villa.

The spacious master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private patio with double headed shower and an abundance of plants offer the ideal space to private sunbathe or star gaze at night.

The second two bedrooms are perched on the middle floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with built-in bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony. This home is ideal for a group of friends or family. It is a private retreat on a breathtaking beachfront property in the heart of the Tulum beach area.

Daily housekeeping and fast fiber-optic wifi are included in the rate. Airport shuttle, excursions to archeological sites and cenotes, massage, and childcare services are available for an extra fee.

Taco Bar onsite for our property guests to enjoy a fresh authentic breakfast, lunch, or drinks by the sea a la carte. Private chef services are also available for a meal prepared in your Villa, especially for you.

This Zorba Villa sits amidst on a gorgeous tropical beachfront property. The staffed property is gated from the road and beautifully landscaped with lush green foliage. Guests enjoy a private residence with shared access to the large pool and use of exclusive Tulum beachfront with unrestricted access. Shade from natural palms and beach loungers provide abundant relaxation.

Groundskeepers, housekeeping, and host are onsite during the day and a security person is onsite at night. Zorba is a guest only property.

Boogie boards, kayaks and SUP's onsite to play and explore the sea.

Other things to note
The master bedroom shower is located outdoors on the private rooftop patio, allowing you to shower under the stars. It is fully private for your comfort.

For your peace of mind, nighttime security is provided. Please use the safes in the villa and remember to lock the gate at night—Tulum is safe, but it’s always better to be cautious.

The property, Taco Bar, and beach are exclusively for registered guests. Outside guests are not permitted, and all vendors must be booked through Zorba Tulum.

Walking distance to Nomade, Be Tulum, Casa Malca, Nu Restaurant, Arca, Gitano Beach, and Hartwood. Enjoy the best of the area by walking!

This Villa is located on our Zorba Tulum beachfront property. Zorba Tulum is a private gated property open to the sea in the boutique hotel zone of Tulum beach. We are a staffed property with a collection of 5 spacious hotel -villas and a 2BR Penthouse. The Villas share the property swimming pool, an additional expansive communal rooftop for sunsets, a guest-only taco and breakfast bar, a yoga studio/ping pong room, and a private beachfront with sun loungers and poufs. Please note the Zorba property is exclusive to guests and not open to the public.

Zorba is close to Be Tulum, Nomade, Nu, Nest, and lots of great boutiques and gelato shops. The beaches of Tulum are natural, and unique and offer an incredible atmosphere to relax and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. If you are looking for various activities during your trip, our homes are close to wonderful handicraft boutiques, authentic and innovative restaurants, and countless small bars and cafes along the seashore that make Tulum such a famous destination. Our homes are directly on the beach in the boutique hotel area of Tulum - the most desirable location in the area. Immerse in the sounds of the sea and walk to explore. Tulum is one of my favourite places. The soft white sand beach, turquoise sea, and creative atmosphere make it easy to relax and connect. Yoga studios, spas, kite boarding spots, and fabulous restaurants are steps away from your private seaside paradise.
