The space
Welcome to Villa Amita, a magnificent 1,500m mansion in Kerobokan, right on the Canggu and Seminyak border. This sanctuary pairs traditional Balinese Joglo architecture with modern rustic elegance. The property features 7 ultra-spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an enormous lap pool, and a massive, manicured garden lawn ideal for hosting unforgettable events.

Enjoy grand open-concept living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Your stay is elevated by the service from an attentive on-site staff. While the property does not have an in-unit dishwasher or laundry, our on-site staff will happily handle all dishwashing needs and help you coordinate pickup/delivery with a trusted outside laundry vendor

Located right on the Canggu and Seminyak border, you are just a few minutes' ride from famous dining, cafes, and top beach clubs.

Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00.

Occupancy & Extra Guests
The rate includes up to 18 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 20 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 19th and 20th guests.

Additional Services
Rates apply to stays only. Optional services such as daily breakfast, private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
