A well-designed 1 bed studio flat very close to Shoreditch and Brick Lane

You will have the flat entirely to yourself - large double bed, bathroom, kitchenette (small kitchen) and everything for a short stay in London

Very close to financial district/City (around 5 mins by bus or 15 mins walk) and next to Brick Lane, there are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes and historic sites nearby

The space
1) Guests without clear profile pictures showing full face, guests who don't look like their profile picture are not allowed as per my house rules

2) Please provide a clear reason for your stay.

3) Please provide full names of all individuals (via private message) who would be staying at the listing

4) I am happy to host new guests on Airbnb who are without reviews to help them get used to the platform, provided you send me a link to your Linked in profile or your Face book profile that clearly shows you in a professional capacity and matches your Airbnb profile picture, so that I can independently verify.

If the points 1 - 4 (which are part of my house rules as well) above are not met, I have automatic right to cancel the booking as per the platform's policy

A couple of frequently asked questions before you learn more about the flat :)

Q: Do I have the entire flat to myself/my group?
A: Yes you do. It clearly says "Entire flat" in the description as you will see.

Q: Is your place available for Date X to Date Y ?
A: You can clearly see it in the calendar and in fact to send a message you need to choose the dates of your stay, and if you can actually choose your desired dates, it is of course available

Guest access
The guests will have full access to the entire studio - it has a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is small and handy for some basic heating of food etc (there are two supermarkets near the apartment) and there is a small fridge in the kitchenette area as well. We encourage you to use the kitchenette for some small heating of food, and use the dining table and plates, knives, spoones and forks you will find in the kitchenette.

Kindly refrain from elaborate cooking in the kitchenette as the studio apartment kitchenette is built for small cooking/heating of food/preparation of meals. There are a huge number and variety of restaurants around the flat that you should take advantage of to sample during your stay :)

If you need to turn off the heating, kindly do so using the knob on the radiator in the studio, near the entrace to the studio. Kindly turn off the boiler from the main switch/using the switches on the boiler - the radiator knob will work just fine

Other things to note
There are works going on nearby on the opposite side of the road. We have been told that there will not be any drilling works, but you can expect some construction to go on between 830am to 430pm. No work should go on at night time and at ANY time over weekends under legal restrictions

There was a small repair work done under the wooden flooring of the studio flat and because of this 2 panels (each around 1.5 ft x 6 inch) on the wooden floor just next to the bathroom are left not in place, and the area has a temporary carpet piece cover on it. It looks just a bit aesthetically less appealing, but there is no loss of functionality at all. Kindly just bear this in mind and ask us for more information if you so desire. The wooden panel would be put back on 26 Aug

- Any item left by guest will be kept for a 48 hours period from checkout for guest to pickup in person or arrange a collection (this pickup or collection has to be done at a pre-agreed time for us arranged via messaging on airbnb). We cannot hold the left items post this period and might dispose of it.
