Welcome to Pagrati, one of the oldest and coolest neighborhoods in the center of Athens. Our studio office has a garden and terrace. Ιt is a 10-minute walk to Panathenaic stadium, 5-minute walk to public transportation and 2-minute walk to Varnava square with hip bars, cafes and restaurants. You have a big working space, a comfortable couch bed and a very quiet environment to work or just rest. The large windows create a sunny environment but the shutters block most of the sunlight when needed

The space
The studio is basically an office, with a big desk and library and a double couch-bed. The bathroom is very small, but you can take a shower even though there is no outlined shower unit. There is no kitchen, but you will find a fridge and a water boiler. It is ideal for people who visit Athens for work, or on a busy daily schedule. The absence of kitchen is not a problem for the foodies who want to eat locally. Great restaurants and taverns with delivery service dot the area.

Where you’ll be

Athina, Greece

I love Pagrati and I hope you will love it too. We are located on an alley, with no car traffic, very quiet and very safe. Two minutes away is a bustling neighborhood with a lot going on. It is the residential choice of many artists due to its closeness to the center and the relaxed atmosphere. You can find many good choices for eating and drinking.
Since it is in the center of Athens you have easy access to everything. The Panathenaic stadium is 10 minutes away and all the must-sees are in super close proximity.

My name is Angeliki and I am the mother of four. I love traveling and I really try to spend as much time as I can in the countryside. I dance folk dances and sing in choirs. I will be glad to host you in my house in Athens. And I am Ioanna. The daughter. And also an architect. I live and work in Athens but I try to travel as much as I can. I love music and theater and I try to get involved not only as a spectator. Feel free to ask me information about the city, places to visit (not only the touristic ones), places to eat and to have fun.
