This traditional Ithacan villa provides two generous outdoor spaces for dining and simply enjoying the spectacular views of the village, the bay of Kioni and islands beyond. It has been lovingly restored in keeping with its original charm. A small bay for swimming only a 2 minute walk away, two larger bays just 5 min. Enjoy being close enough to walk into the heart of Kioni for tavernas and good restaurants, but far enough to also enjoy the peacefulness of this picturesque village.

The space
With three bedrooms, one detached bathroom (accessible via stairs coming off the balcony) , large kitchen/dining area, sitting room and very generous verandah and lower terrace area, this is one of Kioni's most spacious, charming old homes. Our family home is very near to crystal clear swimming bays, close to walking tracks that wind through olive groves and oaks, by cypress trees and vineyards, goats and sheep with brass bells clanging. Please note A/C is only in the living area and not in the bedrooms (fans only in bedrooms)

I'm a mother to 3 girls, in my previous life I backpacked and waitressed my way around the world. I love Greece, it's my second home (my grand parents are from the island of Ithaca) The home we rent belongs to several families as it has been passed down from my Great Grandfather. I used to be a jeweller but now teach yoga, I love to travel and be by the water with my family.
