The Burgundy Bed and Breakfast has 4 guest rooms, each with its own private bath. We share the courtyard, spa, porches and the dining room with our guests. And there is a parlor and a galley kitchen for the guests to share. We are located in Faubourg Marigny, a 10 minute walk from the Frenchmen St music district, 25 minutes from Jackson Sq, the heart of the French Quarter. Here you are renting the "Best Room Available". If you need 2 beds or room for 3 people, contact your host in advance!
We have 4 guest rooms: 2 have one queen bed, the other 2 have one queen bed and one single bed; all have private bathrooms. The availability calendar shows availability when at least one room is free. If you book online, it could happen, that different rooms are available on different nights. If you want to make sure that you won't have to switch rooms during your stay, contact your host before making your reservation!
Aside from your room with private bathroom, the guests have access to the dining room, guest parlor, guest kitchen (fully equipped except there is no stove, which was not allowed in traditional New Orleans B&B's), back porch, courtyard and hot tub.

After living and working in Germany for 30 years, I retired and returned to the US, where I opened the Burgundy B&B in New Orleans in 2004. There are tons of reviews for the B&B on the traditional review web sites, such as trip advisor, yelp and others, which I'm not allowed to name here, and the B&B web site, which I'm also not allowed to name here.
I travel to Europe at least once a year and usually make one trip inside the US as well.
