The flat is located in a building which is a few minutes walk from Old Town and Central Park which is the oldest park in the city that has a lake with boats in summer and ice-skating in winter.
Victory Avenue is a few minutes walk from here. The Avenue that keeps the history of the city alive to this day. There you have the Museum of European and Romanian Arts, Sala Palatului(the place that holds big events and which has an interesting architecture that is worth checking out), the iconic Athenaeum and many other historical monuments which are in the same area.
Another famous boulevard is called Queen Elizabeth and goes up to the Old Town. Getting there you may wanna find the Vilacrosse Passage, a quiet place with a roof of glass. This is a place to enjoy your time with a good drink or shisha.
Going a little further you get to Caru’ cu Bere restaurant which is No. 1 restaurant in the Old Town. People from different countries are coming to Bucharest and go there to enjoy amazing traditional meals and drinks.
Old Town has around 200 bars, cafes, clubs, pubs and restaurants for any taste so take your time to slowly walk through its streets and see what is more suitable for you.
