Locate, location, location and relaxing, relaxing, relaxing! The newly remodeled Montecito Modern Ranch Home and pool/spa sits on a private, gated acre, 1/4 mile straight shot to beaches & Miramar Hotel. Bike or walk to shopping &restaurants at The Upper and Lower Villages, trails, parks, and 3 nearby empty beaches. The bright, sunny home with walls of glass & high ceilings is 3000sq feet, a great open floor plan with plenty of room 4 beds/3 full baths. Pets allowed w prior approval for $200.

The space
Soaring ceilings and walls of glass throughout with an open floor plan that includes a large chef’s kitchen and island, dining room, and separate den/office and TV room. Fun, modern artwork and furniture throughout. Master has a large spa like en suite bathroom with high ceilings and a separate tub. Private sitting areas off of 2 of the bedrooms. Brand new 40 foot pool and large spa for soaking, swimming and sunning. $50 optional per day to heat. There is a fire pit, swaying hammock, flower boxes and plenty of private lounging areas plus a seasonal creek at the far end of the expansive, gated, one acre property. Enjoy your vacation at Montecito Modern Ranch with enough room for everyone to spread out. Owners will provide you with info on the best restaurants, vacation things to do, and kid-friendly options. Other things to note
Wide, flat streets and walkable, quiet, private neighborhood near everything Montecito has to offer. Some mountain peaks. Use of pool, spa and any outdoor equipment is at your own risk. Out of the fog zone.
