During the villa inspection, the Airbnb consultant personally visited the property and conducted noise level measurements, including the impact of construction work on neighboring plots. The villa itself is fully ready for occupancy and provides a high level of comfort. All utility systems are functioning normally, and the pool, garden, and other recreational areas are completely available for use.

Since the construction work is being carried out by the developer, unfortunately, we do not know the exact completion date.
