Welcome to our 58 m² apartment located on the first floor and accessible by stairs (the elevator does not stop on the first floor; you will need to use the stairs if you choose to use it).

For your comfort, the apartment is laid out as follows:

• 1 Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, television, and Wi-Fi

• 1 Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people

• 1 Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, and washer-dryer

• 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) and storage

• 1 full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

• 1 bathroom with shower and sink adjoining one of the bedrooms (no toilet)

• 1 separate toilet

Cleaning includes a change of bed linen and towels for each guest and is provided by professional cleaning staff.
