The space
Welcome home! This beautiful, new construction home is ready to welcome our first guests! Located in the exclusive Lakeside Point community, this luxury 3 level home is the ideal place to invite your friends and family to enjoy the best of what Lake Norman offers & enjoy the high-end amenities.

As you enter the front door, you'll immediately take in the views of Lake Norman! On the main level you will find the primary bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and private deck, beautiful kitchen with oversized island plus the dining area, living room with high end fireplace as well as a private office area near the entrance.

Head upstairs and you'll find (3) rooms with beds including a King with full en-suite bathroom, a King that shares a Jack n Jill bath and our bunk room with (2) Queen over Queen bunks. At the top of the steps, you'll find a fun sitting area - an ideal spot to catch a movie or for the kids to plug in their gaming devices.

As you head to the lower level, now the fun & competition begins! Enjoy the oversized couches to catch the game or get competitive yourself and play a game of Golden Tee, Foos ball, shuffleboard or a game of cards - fun and enjoyment for everyone! Also on the lower level, you'll find the 2nd primary with a full en-suite bath and a secondary kitchen area.

Once you open the lakeside door and head outside, enjoy the private hot tub or lounge around the firepit - taking in views of beautiful Lake Norman! Ready to get on the water? Take the 30 second stroll to the water and launch the guest provided kayaks (youth and adult) or paddleboard through the private lake front access......or if you prefer pool side relaxation and swimming, you'll have a short 2-minute walk to the seasonally available community pool which is also an ideal place to work on your tan with all of the poolside seating! The property includes a propane-based grill, corn hole boards and tons of other great amenities!
