The space
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the open-plan living
and dining space with exposed ceiling beams, adding to the overall
charm of the home with its rustic-chic, countryside feel. The living
area is fitted with dark leather sofas, a coffee table with a matching
TV console, and a flatscreen television with a soundbar. The dining
room is thoughtfully furnished with a solid wooden dining table with
seating for six, along with a built-in braai area, creating the perfect
spot for intimate gatherings.
The casual kitchen features a counter with woven bar stools, adding to
the home’s easy, lived-in appeal, and is fully equipped with everything
you might need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering experience,
including a dishwasher, washing machine, and airfryer for added
convenience.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, a nightstand, and is fitted
with air-conditioning. The second bedroom features a double bed, while
the third bedroom includes two single beds and a shared nightstand,
both fitted with modern retractable ceiling fans. The bathrooms are
both fitted with a shower, washbasins with vanity, and toilets, while
only one is fitted with a freestanding clawfoot bathtub. Fresh linen
and towels are provided with your stay.

- In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
- For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
- Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
- A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals after 21:00, payable in cash directly to your property manager upon arrival. To arrange this, kindly contact your property manager in advance.
- Please be advised that St. Helena Bay is a traditional fishing village that hosts several fish factories in the vicinity. Guests should be aware that wind conditions may result in a "fish" odour coming from the nearby factories, which could affect your experience; however, it is not anticipated to detract from your overall stay. There are established protocols and forums in place to monitor air emissions from all local fish factories.
