This home offers 3.5 bathrooms. Each is fully stocked with essential toiletries — body wash, shampoo, conditioner — plus fresh towels and necessary bath supplies, so you arrive and unpack without worry.

Guest access
The guest has access to the entire home. Everything is private. Note that there is a city park right next to the home (seen in the photos of the picnic table.)

Other things to note
Guests with zero reviews will be required to sign a renter's agreement and settle a $500 security deposit. This will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $250 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. Our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.
