At its heart is a spectacular open-plan kitchen and dining space — featuring marble worktops, Fisher & Paykel appliances, Quooker tap (instant boiling water), wine fridge, and a large dining area perfect for hosting. A relaxed seating area and 65” smart TV make this the social hub of the home.

Two further reception rooms provide space to unwind, from a cosy snug with a gas fire to a spacious lounge with bay windows overlooking the garden.

Upstairs, the master suite delivers a boutique hotel feel, featuring a bespoke dressing room and elegant en-suite. Six additional bedrooms — including a Super King room — are beautifully styled with high-quality furnishings, bespoke wardrobes, and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all living spaces, bedrooms, garden, and outdoor leisure areas. This includes full use of the hot tub, spa pool, steam room, gym, and outdoor entertainment spaces.

• Strictly no parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless agreed in advance.

• Quiet hours are between 10pm–8am, particularly when using the outdoor areas.

• The hot tub, spa pool, and steam room are provided for guest enjoyment — full usage instructions will be shared on arrival.

• The property is suitable for families, couples, and responsible groups. The lead guest must be over 25.

• We may request additional ID verification for certain bookings, in line with Airbnb policies and for the safety of the property.

• Parking is available at the property, the driveway can easily accomodate 5 cars and there is free parking nearby too.

• Due to the premium nature of the home, we ask guests to treat the space with care and leave it in a respectful condition.
