Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the main house, poolhouse, and outdoor spaces throughout their stay. This includes the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, backyard, and outdoor dining areas.

Pool Access: The private swimming pool is available from the 1st week of May through the 2nd week of October.

Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. Parking is available in the driveway with space for up to 5–6 vehicles.

Other things to note
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect the peaceful surroundings and neighboring properties.

• No Parties or Events: The home is intended for relaxing stays with family and friends. Parties and events are not permitted.

• Pets: Pets are generally not allowed, though the owner may approve a small dog upon request. Please inquire before booking.

• Seasonal Outdoor Amenities: The outdoor shower is available during the warmer months. The private swimming pool is open from the 1st week of May through the 2nd week of October.

• Natural Setting: The home is supplied by well water, which is common in the Catskills area.

• Parking: Parking is available on the property for up to 5–6 vehicles.
