-Cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival date to get a refund less fees
-Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This -includes children/babies/infants.
-$500 AC allowance per 7 night stay, overage is charge to guest plus 12% tax
-$800 per week for pool heater
-$700 cleaning fee plus tax is added to the rental rate
